How do I increase my professional qualifications?
To increase your professional qualifications, you need to collect Theoretical and Practical Educational Credits, via a theoretical and practical training course, which will provide you with more and more experience as time goes by.
There are two ways to accumulate the necessary credits:
- Follow the courses offered by the BlancOne Academy for your training, and pass the relative final questionnaires (for Theory Educational Credits)
- Scan the QR codes present on treatment packages using the BlancOne PRO App (to obtain Practical Educational Credits).
How do I increase the level of the Offices I work in?
The level of each BlancOne Authorised Dental Office increases along with the qualifications of the professionals working in that Office.
The Office automatically acquires the qualification corresponding to that of the professional.
If a professional works in multiple Offices, their qualification is carried over to all the Offices associated with them.
If multiple professionals work in a single Office, the Office will obtain the highest qualification obtained by any of those professionals.
How do you become an Authorised Dental Office?
To have your Office published on the map of BlancOne Authorised Dental Offices, the professional associated with the Office will need to complete basic training with at least 10 Theory and 10 Practical Educational Credits by following the base tutorials on BlancOne treatments available on the BlancOne Academy e-learning platform, and registering the BlancOne treatments carried out on patients via the app.
Once the Office has become an authorised location, it will receive the Welcome Kit containing marketing materials and products to be used in the Office.
What are Fan Shop points and how can you earn them?
Fan Shop points are points which can be spent in the BlancOne online shop to receive free RITUALS products, gifts and marketing materials to best promote tooth whitening and boost engagement with patients.
Each practical credit earned corresponds to one Fan Shop point, which is worth one Euro in the BlancOne online shop.
