How
BlancOne® TOUCH acts

By mixing the two BlancOne® TOUCH, components, the whitening agent and the photo-activator, the gel is applied to the teeth without gingival barriers thanks to its low concentration and fast action.

Thanks to BlancOne(R) exclusive photochemical technology the gel develops active oxygen in a few minutes of irradiation by means of the specific blue-light lamp, appearing swollen and full of bubbles (oxygen).

Once its action has finished, the gel is replaced for a new cycle, by means of a new application. The session consists of a total of 3 whitening cycles. In case of darker original shades, a fourth optional cycle can be performed in the same session.

BlancOne® TOUCH produces an effective whitening action using low concentration (16%) of carbamide peroxide, without dehydrating the enamel and without sensitivity*. As for all in-office BlancOne® treatments it doesn’t contain desensitising or remineralising agents, so that your teeth will always be safe!

*Hypersensitivity is a very frequent side effect in dental whitening procedures: some studies report up to 70% of patients suffering from it. BlancOne TOUCH, thanks to its combination of low peroxide concentrations and fast contact times, has a very low incidence of hypersensitivity. These rare cases are normally linked to damaged enamel or receding gums. Even in these rare cases, the hypersensitivity is normally light and temporary. Your dental professional will perform a preliminary check-up designed to minimise the risk of hypersensitivity, treating it appropriately in the unlikely event of its onset.
